Job Responsibilities

- Taking Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Menu Knowledge: Explain menu items, specials, and promotions to guests, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Serving Food and Drinks: Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Customer Service: Attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any issues or special requests promptly.
- Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and organized by removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware during and after meals.
- Bill Preparation: Prepare and present bills to customers, process payments accurately, and return change or receipts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow and efficient operations.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and dress code requirements.
