Job Responsibilities

Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety of passengers by enforcing rules, assisting with boarding and alighting, and using safety equipment such as seat belts.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to check for mechanical issues, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
Emergency Management: Respond to emergencies or accidents calmly and efficiently, following established protocols and providing assistance as needed.
Route Knowledge: Familiarize oneself with the assigned routes, including alternate routes for detours and potential hazards.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and helpful to passengers at all times.
